THE PREVENTION POLICY REGARDING THE IMPORTANT ACCIDENTS

The FAR GROUP has set up a SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM together with the firm Management System, so to guarantee the balance between the firm aims and the requirements of the prevention regarding the important accidents, the health safety and the environmental protection. The Company works out plans for the safety of own workers, the third party, the neighbouring population and for the environmental protection and particularly engaged as follows:

• To guarantee that the extent of the risk is consistent with the safety of the workers, the population and the environment;
• To guarantee the observance of the Law and rules regarding the safety and environment or the specifications and the national standard;
• To reduce the environmental impact of the workings through the checking in the use of the energy, the water discharges and the production of the waste materials.
  

The safety Management is very important: consequently the workforce must be trained and the plants must be built as per high standard of quality and safety. Consequently the strategy concerning the safety Management in the factories is founded on the following principles:

• Organization of the human resources concerning the personal competence and the related  responsibility;
• The use of suitable resources so to carry out the technical intervention, organization and management;
• The planning of new plants as per the safety and health rulesInformation and training to all workers;
• Application of the surveillance procedures, so to check the fulfilment fo the present policy through periodical inspections and to verify the efficacy of the measures taken concerning the emergency situations;
• Information to the third party concerning the present policy.
  

To get a high efficiency related to the safety Management, the company checks firmly the industrial processing:

• Organization and staff;
• Evaluation regarding the risks;
• Check and maintenance of the plants;
• Management of the amendments;
• Management of the waste materials, discharges and waste water;
• Internal inspections- work safety;
• Product, transport and customer safety.

To carry out and improve the above points, FAR GROUP has arranged for "SECURITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM" together with all the workers.
The company summit supports firmly the fulfilment of the program and supplies with the related researches, so to improve the Security Management System. 
For this reason, there are the indicators of the Safety Management which are checked periodically by the Management and can allow to evaluate both the internal improvement and the observance of the laws.

The Security Management System and the Program concerning the improvement are periodically revised and uptodate through the corrective actions and the experience during the usual activity in the factory. Every year, the Management fixes some targets and checks the fulfilment of them through the periodical re-examinations.

The factory Manager is sure to rely on all the workers, so to carry out the policy for the security and the environment and the related Management System which is the actual instrument regarding the safety of the workers and the environment.

           THE FACTORY MANAGEMENT
