A state of the art R&D laboratory continually updates our current product line, tailoring products to customers’ needs; develops new products for demanding applications and is also suited for advising customers about the best ways to use and formulate our products. The technical service is involved to support customers with formulations of the final products. A small staff of highly qualified and motivated technical people follow R&D activities from conception to final market launch. The equipment used in our labs includes:

• pilot polymerization vessels fully equipped for testing new formulations;
• spray-drying pilot unit for powders;
• head space cromatograph for VOC and residual monomer analysis;
• FT IR;
• particle size laser counter for both liquid dispersions and polymer powders;
• DSC forTg measurement;
• GC MS;
• Instron dynamometer for the determination of stress-strain properties.
